(ex Enterprise Manager) left the team in 2005 to set up Growing Well a Soil Association certified social enterprise based at Low Sizergh Farm, Kendal Cumbria. They grow and sell superb organic veg from a six acre site, train all kinds of people in horticulture and run a programme of educational visits to the site. They do all these things as a means of creating volunteering placements for local people recovering from mental health issues, giving everyone opportunities to build their confidence and skills in a busy work environment.
